I am starting this blog for whenever I finally make my website live. The above image will be my tutorial for making my first web page. Documenting my own experiences, as well as my emotions. Maybe it will inspire another person to ditch the curated meaningly media and realize the creations only matter if WE create ourselves. Otherwise it is entertainment, content. But when we create… it is INSPIRATION, JOY, and CONNECTION. Goals of our creativity or neighbors in the same creative neighborhood. I want to take a stroll down the same roads, noticing different cracks and different people and different trees and different bugs EVERY TIME. One day it will be my day to curate a tiny corner of the internet or the world, and all the knowledge will be put to use.
Time to follow the deer tail, and maybe create a few of them myself!
Link to start tomorrow with: Day 2 with Raspberry pi 4 May 10th 2026 I have a website written! Now I just need to figure out CSS and web hosting! I found out how to write my blog directly into Geany, using the paragraph command and writing directly into my code. I don't know if there is a fster wy to format, for now this is better than coying and pasting from a document and formatting the file after the fact. Today is also Mother's day. I got my mom some tea, and se requested going on a walk on the recently completed section of the Monon Trail. This gives me inspiration for a DnD campain taking place on the silk rode. Heh, "rode". There is no spell check or grammar check here, it feels so refreshing after LLM take over of every other app. Speaking of doing things the old fashioned way, the trail actually lead to the post office. There is a connection oint directly from my house. That would be a fun adventure to chrinicle the adventure to the post office, then send the letter to a friend! :3 I alredy feel myself falling in love with technology again. I have never actively used a computer for one task this long wihtout forcing myself since... well since I first got photoshop and roller coaster Tycoon 3 as a kid. When steam and quick Youtube came into the picture, computers became more and more distracting, almost as bad as phones. Saying that, I do have a productivity app open on my other comuter with my Raspeberry Pi connected to my primry monitor. But my other monitor is so low resolution, that's mostly what it is good for, and at least it is taking the sace for Youtube. Can't wait until spring break, when I can web develop more freely, and start 3D printing some props for Gen Con! I am running games for Kobold Press again this year, but it's going to be the best year yet. I can feel it!
